Jami Yazdani, MLIS, is the founder of Yazdani Consulting and Facilitation, where she helps mission-driven leaders transform project management into strategic leadership through her signature Clarity to Action Framework. Jami began her library career in circulation roles before earning a library degree and has been a reference librarian, technology librarian, library manager, and library director. With more than 20 years of experience leading complex, high-impact initiatives, Jami brings both structure and empathy to the way organizations plan, collaborate, and lead change.

Since launching Yazdani Consulting in 2018, Jami has partnered with libraries, nonprofits, associations, and purpose-driven teams to move from task overwhelm to confident, collaborative leadership. She is also the founder of Consultants for Libraries. Jami holds master’s degrees in Library & Information Science and Technology Management, along with Project Management Professional (PMP), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), Change Management, and Wicked Problem Solving Practitioner certifications. She is passionate about equipping leaders with the clarity, confidence, and calm to guide their teams forward.
