About

I have been working in libraries for over 20 years, beginning as a student assistant during my undergrad. My career has taken me inside prison walls, and to both busy metropolitan and small rural libraries. Currently, I am the Head of Adult Services at the Montrose Regional Library, a community that I am blessed to have been a part of for most of my adult life. My passions are working with our older adults, building community connections, and bringing fun and engaging programming to adults of all ages.

Outside of work, I am a single mother to two daughters--one grown and flown software engineer and one grown but home Special Olympic superstar; have a TBR that I'll never finish; collect cameras; lover of road trips; and drinker of tea.
