About
I am a passionate leader with a background in adult education, library services, and community engagement. As Director of Adult Education, I provide strategic leadership for programs that help adult learners earn secondary credentials, strengthen English language skills, and move toward meaningful career and postsecondary opportunities.
I hold a Master’s in Information and Library Science from San Jose State University and a B.A. in English from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. My professional experience spans adult education, business services, and library management, with a strong foundation in assessment planning, statistical analysis, program development, budgeting, and grant administration.
I believe deeply in the power of literacy and education to transform lives and communities. I lead with a collaborative and appreciative approach, building capable teams, fostering community partnerships, and using data to drive sustainable, high-impact programs. My goal is always to ensure that adult learners—particularly those in high-need areas—have access to opportunities that change the trajectory of their lives.
